Information used to run the store
IRON & INTENT uses your account email, account identifier, order history, and payment references to provide account access and deliver purchased ebooks. Passwords are managed by Supabase Auth. Card details are handled by Stripe; the store does not store card numbers.
Service providers
Supabase provides authentication, database, and file storage. Stripe processes checkout. The hosting provider processes technical request information needed to serve and secure the website. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies.
Cookies and retention
Authentication cookies keep you signed in, and a purchase cookie provides guest download access in the checkout browser for 30 days. The store does not use advertising cookies or analytics. Account and transaction records are retained as needed for service delivery, accounting obligations, and dispute resolution.
Your requests
Contact the store to request access, correction, or deletion of your information. Some transaction records may need to be retained. Operational contact and retention details must be finalised before public launch.
